Possible Cause
The screen is in “lower limit adjustment mode”.
Solution
Move the screen to the desired lower limit by holding the UP or DOWN button. Hold the STOP button until the screen jogs – the green LED will stop flashing.
Possible Cause
The battery charge is very low. When Solo’s battery is very low, a red LED on the right side will flash when the screen is deployed or retracted.
Solution
Charge the Solo unit for at least 8 hours using the supplied charger.
Possible Cause
The remote is being used out of range.
Solution
Move closer to the screen, and avoid large obstructions such as walls or pillars.

Button presses are not long enough.
Solution
When operating the Solo remote, hold the buttons down for at least 2 seconds.
Possible Cause
Remote Battery depleted.
Solution
Replace battery (1) CR2025 3V Li.
Possible Cause
The lower limit was not adjusted properly.

Motor polarity is reversed.
Solution
Move the screen to any position between the upper and lower limits using the UP, DOWN, and STOP buttons on the remote. Hold UP and DOWN simultaneously until the screen jogs. Hold the STOP button until the screen jogs again.
Possible Cause
The battery is too low to operate the screen.
Solution
Charge the Solo unit for at least 8 hours using the supplied charger.
Possible Cause
The motor is the “sleep” mode.
Solution
Wake up the Solo unit by plugging into the supplied charger. The screen should jog.
Possible Cause
The motor is overheated.
Solution
Do not operate the screen and allow the motor to cool for 5-10 minutes.
